Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, we offer refunds or replacements for:
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence).
- Lost packages that do not arrive within 30 days of shipping.
Returns Checklist
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Items must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns received in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., worn, damaged, missing packaging) will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages—we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
How to Request a Return
If your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@nakedmuse.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item details and photo evidence of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your total refund within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.
We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time.
Shipping Costs
Customers must cover initial return shipping costs for faulty products, however this will be refunded once we have received the item and it has passed our assessment.
Please ensure you provide a shipping receipt to ensure your refund can be processed.
